Winter is the time for comfort, for good food and
warmth,
for the touch of a friendly hand and for a talk beside the
fire:
it is the time for home.

We couldn't have captured the spirit of this wondrous season any better ourselves. So, as we engage in the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, we took a little time to use these words for some crafting inspiration.
Annie was reminded of the warmth of a homemade quilt, Bobbi of a wintry neighborhood street, Marty of a vintage holiday scene, and Penny of a decked-out snowkid. As for me, I made a first-Christmas ornament for a new neighbor.
Here's how the W2CB gals interpreted these heartfelt words. :)

So, maybe this month's words will bring to mind a favorite holiday dish, the unexpected kindness of a stranger, or some stockings hung by the fireplace. We'd love to see how this quote speaks to you.
As always, our challenge winner will be invited to join us a Guest I-Teamer for a future challenge. And, just like last month, our challenge winner and one lucky follower will receive $10 gift certificates to Simon Says Stamp.
Ready... set... craft!
Lovely words and beautiful work by the design team!
