W2CB #31: Just Keep Swimming
Happy Summer, W2CB friends! Annie here with July's Challenge and it's a good one! How many of you have seen "Finding Dory?" As of this writing, I haven't seen it yet but I'm hoping to soon. She's my hero and one smart little fish! If you've seen "Finding Nemo," then I'm sure you remember this memorable line and our inspiration for this month:
As always, any project (card, tag, scrapbook page, etc.) is welcome and we love to see your creative interpretations. For this theme, think about offering words of encouragement, never giving up, keep on trying, or anything motivational.
Our Guest I-Teamer this month, Debi B., makes quite a splash with her card. Thanks for joining us this month, Debi! Please stop by her blog thatmightlookgoodonacard.blogspot.com and leave her some love!
Here's some additional inspiration from the rest of the I-Team:

We're so glad you stopped by and want to thank you for supporting our little blog in blogland. We know there are plenty of challenges out there and we appreciate each and every entry and comment.
Happy swimming crafting!

W2CB #30 New Beginnings
Hey crafty friends, Penny here today with the June/July challenge.
Pulling from the big World Wide Web at Bitsofwisdom.org, what phrase could be more suited to a challenge involving Dads, Grads & Weddings:
Let's start off with Greta's beautiful and inspirational card.
Loving the watercolor background!!!
Bobbi is celebrating her son's graduation with a special scrapbook, here is the last page:
Love the Gold confetti in the background.

Bobbi
Annie has a niece getting married soon.
How stinkin' cute is this wedding card?!?

Annie
My oldest and his wife are celebrating an anniversary, but this would make a perfect card for a wedding also.
Pulling from the big World Wide Web at Bitsofwisdom.org, what phrase could be more suited to a challenge involving Dads, Grads & Weddings:
This is the beginning, of anything you want.
Speaking of new beginnings, Greta is beginning some new adventures of her own.
Unfortunately, this means that she will be leaving our merry team of designers.
The only thing we'll miss more than her amazing cards is her kind and generous spirit.
Thank you Greta, for being such a wonderful team member.
Lucky for us, we can stop by and visit you at your blog anytime we want. :)

So, how do these words inspire you?
This is the beginning, of anything you want.
This is the beginning, of anything you want.
- Maybe you'll be inspired to make a wedding or anniversary card for that special couple.
- Or, maybe you'll make a thank you card, I love you card, or create something wonderful for a father celebrating his first Father's Day.
- Who is graduating Kindergarten, Nursing school, Police Academy? It is not always about High School or college.
Whatever the inspiration, we hope you'll share your card/project with us. A Guest I-Teamer invitation and a $10 gift certificate to Simon Says Stamp will be awarded to the winning entry.
The challenge is open for three weeks and closes July 6, 2016.
Now go...go show us what you can create!

Four Pieces of Pie for Five People
Hi, everyone! Happy Saturday!
Sybrina here with a quick reminder from the W2CB gals that there's still time to play along with our May/June Challenge. Our words for this month are:
Since Mother's Day has passed, maybe a less literal interpretation might work. The card below is a birthday card from a former manager of mine at work who always had my back. And, scallops always remind me of pie... and flowers. Two of my favorite things! LOL
The challenge is open until the first Wednesday of June, which is June 1. There is a Guest I-Teamer spot up for grabs, as well as a $10 MFT gift certificate.
You can scroll down or click here to go to the original challenge post.
Can't wait to see how you interpret this month's words!

W2CB #29: Four Pieces of Pie for Five People
Hi, everyone! Sybrina here with our May/June Words 2 Craft By challenge.
This month, we are inspired by the following Tenneva Jordan definition of motherhood.
Even though our challenge is posting a few days after Mother's Day 2016, we couldn't resist selecting this part humorous, part whimsical, part poignant, all-parts true observation about what it means to be a mom.
Let's see how what the W2CB Inspiration Team created. We are thrilled to welcome Kristie Marcotte as this month's Guest I-Teamer. Thanks so much for joining us, Kristie!

So, how do these words inspire you?
- Maybe you'll be inspired to make a just-because something special for mom.
- Or, maybe you'll make a thank you card/gift for a special friend who always goes that extra mile.
- Then again, maybe you just love pie and that serves as your creative jumping off point. :)
Whatever the inspiration, we hope you'll share your card/project with us. A Guest I-Teamer invitation and a $10 gift certificate to My Favorite Things will be awarded to the winning entry. The challenge is open for three weeks and closes June 1.
